Information on the Fall Cheerleading Program
📢 BIG ANNOUNCEMENT – OUR FALL CHEER PROGRAM IS LEVELING UP! 🎉📣
The wait is finally over, and we couldn’t be more excited to share the future of our cheer program! This season, we’re giving our athletes TWO amazing options to choose from!
🎀 OPTION 1: POM Squad – Sideline Cheer
Love the excitement of cheering at football games? Our POM Squad is all about spirit, energy, and game-day fun!
✅ Open to the same age groups as before.
✅ Practices start the first week of August, once a week to focus on sideline cheers.
✅ NOFA Cheer Zone will be required
✅ Games begin the third week of August.!
✅ Must be a resident of the Pembroke School District to register.
🏆 OPTION 2: Competition Cheer – Take the Mat & Shine!
For those ready to hit the stage and bring home trophies, our competition teams are ready to GO!
🔥 Team Breakdown:
📌 1st-4th grade – Competing in the Freshman Division.
📌 5th grade & up – Competing in the JV Division.
📌 Competing in 5-6 competitions throughout the season (NO CheerZone!). Most will be local in the WNY region but we will finish up the competition season in SYRACUSE again!
📌 Practices begin early to mid-June – get ready to train hard and shine bright!
📌 NO residency requirements!
💡 Can’t decide? Do BOTH! Athletes are welcome to participate in both programs!
📣 WE NEED A POM SQUAD COORDINATOR!
We are looking for an enthusiastic leader to run our POM Squad program!
✨ Responsibilities include:
✔️ Attending monthly NOFA meetings.
✔️ Being present at ALL football games on Saturdays (covering all levels from Beginner to Varsity, if applicable).
